Margaret Stephens appointed as a Trustee and Richard Wohanka re-appointed
The Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has confirmed the appointment of a new trustee and the re-appointment of the Chair, to the Nuclear Trust, the independent trust that owns the Nuclear Liabilities Fund (NLF).
New trustee
Margaret Stephens has been appointed as a trustee and director of the NLF with effect from 21 April 2020.
Margaret replaced Sally Bridgeland, whose term of office as a trustee and director of the NLF ended on 20 April 2020.
Trustee re-appointments
Richard Wohanka, existing trustee and director of the NLF and current chairman of the NLF Board, has been re-appointed. Richard continues in his role as chairman of the NLF Board.
